Happy Birthday Ryan!!

Yesterday was Ryan's birthday and we had a lot of fun. Jenelle came over and helped me make his cake! We had beef stroganoff and crescent rolls for dinner... Ryan's favorite meal :) Our friends came over to celebrate and we ended up playing pin the tail on the donkey! haha :) What a great night!

Pumpkin Carving

Last Family Home Evening Ryan and I decided to carve our pumpkins that we got. We had fun doing it. I saved the pumpkin seeds and now going to bake them... never done it before but Ryan says they are pretty good so we will see how that turns out. I love this time of year! Here are some pics. 

What's happening!

I haven't updated our blog for awhile so I just wanted to put a few things in here. We are now back in school studying like crazy! Both of our schedules are busy but we are doing well and love it up here! :) I graduate this semester and Ryan will graduate in 2013! Before school started Ryan surprised me with a trip to San Diego, we were able to go to Sea World and the beach. We had a blast and had a great time spending our nights with Aunt Krista and her little kids! Here are a few pics from that trip

Since we have been back in school we don't get on many vacations anymore. We have gone down to Utah twice this month though so thats been great. Once for conference and once for a BYU football game. :) We also went shooting with Jacob and Maddie down in provo! They were both great weekends.

Camping in the Tetons

The week after school got out we went camping in the Tetons with Anthon & Jenelle and the Johnson's (Jenelle's family). It is so pretty there and besides the sunburns and many mosquito bites we had a great time! The first day we got there we set up camp and went for a hike. The hike was to this beautiful waterfall! 

On this wonderful hike we saw a MOOSE!! It was just eating by the water and we were, no joke, 10 feet away from it. It was so awesome! 

The next few days after the hike we went canoeing into the back country to do some camping. It was so cool and my first time on a canoeing trip! The down side to this was there were so many mosquitos that we felt we were getting eaten alive. We actually went to bed early just to get away from them. We were by a lake and got to even swim in it! Freezing water but worth feeling a little cleaner. haha. 

To end the week we canoed down the snake river! It was a great relaxing ride! We had a blast, and I can't wait to go camping again! 

Another thing to add... the boys, Ryan & Anthon chopped a lot of wood for our fires! They became experts. 

4th of July Weekend

Ryan and I had a great weekend filled with family, friends and fun! We went down on Saturday to my parents house and went camping for the weekend for our family reunion. It was a blast! Horse riding, four wheeling, hotdogs and smores by the fire and lots of memories!

 Its going! Allie kept throwing things in and knocking the wood over. 

It was funny and we had to tell her that she could do it after it was all built.

We had such a fun time with the family! :) We are making a tradition to have a family reunion every year since our family is starting to get bigger! We always have so much fun together! :) 

After the family reunion we can back home Monday morning to get some stuff done before heading to Idaho Falls for fireworks. We decide to go to Cafe Rio for dinner and it was yummy. Anthon and Jenelle came with us and we decided to pass the time before fireworks we would go to a movie. So we went and saw the new Transformers. It was awesome! Then fireworks time! :) They were so awesome and lasted a long time! It was a fabulous night!
